Shipping Policy

Preorders typically **ship in 3–4 weeks**. This window is an estimate and may change due to manufacturing or carrier delays. We’ll email tracking once shipped.

Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We aren’t responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Rates & Regions

Shipping rates and available regions are displayed at checkout. Certain locations may be unavailable due to regulatory restrictions.

Lost/Damaged

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Returns & Refunds

  • Preorders: You may **cancel anytime before shipment for a full refund**—email support@velynxlabs.com with your order number.

  • Delivered items: For safety and product integrity, unopened items may be returnable within 30 days of delivery (buyer pays return shipping) unless prohibited by law. Contact support for an RMA before sending anything back.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returns are received/inspected.
